Description
We hid the greek summer in a bottle of RUM. Naxian honey, sundried tomatoes, cloves, and bergamot aged with our homemade spiced rum in a sherry cask for 4 months.
It is sweet and delicious like the golden hour from 520’s rooftop bar.

How to enjoy it
Get a balloon glass.
Pour some clear ice.
Stir for 20’’.
Discard the ice.
Add 30ml of RUM.
Stir with circular movements.
Garnish with a citrus fruit twist.
